| We are pleased to announce Tomas Pascual's promotion to manager of Aero Hardware & Supply, Inc., our aerospace products division, May 8, 2006 |

Tomas is originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico. He moved to South
Florida at the age of 14, and joined the Navy after finishing high
school. During his time in the service, he trained for two years to
become a nuclear propulsion mechanic. He then spent four years
serving on board a nuclear powered submarine. Tomas then left the
service to pursue a college degree at Florida International
University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration with a specialty in MIS in 2001. Tomas started as a
customer service representative at Hydraulic Supply Company - our
industrial division - in October of 2000. He received his CFPHS
(certified fluid power specialist certification) in 2001. Tomas was
then promoted to Outside Sales Representative for Aero in 2002. We are confident that his skills, abilities, and leadership will help us support our customers and continue our sales growth at Aero Hardware.
