Terms & Conditions for
Customers
- Price valid for stated quantities
only.
- FOB Factory unless otherwise agreed.
- Aero Hardware & Supply standard
terms & conditions apply. (These may be the standard terms and
conditions referred to below).
- All returns, cancellations, and
scheduled material/orders must be approved in writing by Aero
Hardware & Supply.
- Hose assemblies and non-stock
material are not returnable and not cancelable.
- The following may incur additional
charges: return material, scheduled material/orders and special
certification.
- Hose quoted by the inch/foot may not
be available in one length. Contact customer service with specific
length requirements.
- Any repairs, alterations or
modifications of Eaton products by an unauthorized party
automatically voids Eaton's warranty.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Quality system documents and
relevant records are made available to the customers and regulatory
authorities when requested.
- Where specified in the contract, the
customer or the customer’s representative shall be afforded the
right to verify at the supplier’s premises and Aero Hardware &
Supply’s premises that subcontracted product conforms to specified
requirements.
Terms & Conditions for Vendors

Vendors are required
to have an AS9100, AS9110 or AS9120 Quality Management System or
equivalent.

Aero Hardware &
Supply, it’s customers or the customer’s representative, and the
regulatory authorities shall be afforded the right to verify at
the supplier’s premises that subcontracted product conforms to
specified requirements.

Vendors must provide
notification and receive written deviation from Aero Hardware
prior to shipment of any non-conforming material.

Vendors must notify
Aero Hardware of any significant change from prior submissions
in processes, equipment, or materials used.

Vendors are required
to flow down all requirements and conditions to any related
sub-tier supplier, including key characteristics identified in
the purchasing information.

Suppliers are
required to retain records for 10 years or as stated on the
purchase order, whichever is longer. Records shall be
stored to prevent damage, deterioration or loss.
